It's good If you are good but it's baaad against players that really shoot to you. On large ranges, Polaris or even Mida are better options. Mid ranges, any pulse or HC can outgun you, mostly for the hip fire bloom, not your skill (I hate that the third bullet almost always fail bcs bloom) For damage, memento mori or even soul devour are so much better just for the timer. And last but not least important, it's a cowboy weapon, at least bungie cloud make it work at hip fire. The bloom penalty for use it like it's meant to be use it's kinda dumb.
