Since Heresy launched npcs now speak when you access the vendors which didn't happen pre heresy. the background nps also keep repeating their lines while using the vendors which also didn't happen pre heresy. Vendors are speaking while you interact/open the menu and often double up so there's 2 voice line going at the same time and then usually speak like 1-3 seconds directly after and again sometimes having 2-3 lines layered on top of each other. If there's multiple npcs nearby you can end up with 4-5 lines playing at once which gets very overwhelming 💀
