Hey there, it is due to your linked, blank, XBox account.
Some parts of the site have a platform picker, like your profile. However others do not, and having two linked accounts without cross-save means that there are two 'Finras#4628'. Any part of the site (Season pass, clan creation) and in-game (/join, /invite) which doesn't have a platform picker, only sees one of your accounts.
So which one does it see? Due to the way things are coded, the site will always look at XBox accounts first, next is PSN in the order of precedence, then Steam, Stadia, and Epic. So what is happening is, the site is looking at your empty XBox account and not your Steam characters.
Is there a reason you have it linked? Unlinking it should fix the issue.

No problem! It usually affects people who can't be joined with /join or can't claim season pass rewards from the season pass page - it's generally having linked accounts like yours, or having their accounts hidden.
