We became 3 people including you, the other person and I were banned with a warning of not so fast due to internet speed but they are not responding. It has been 48 hours since I opened the ticket.
It seems like we are trying in vain?

The other friend opened a ticket and has been waiting for a response for 8 days. They won't respond, it's a waste of the time and effort we spent.
