I had to resubmit another request because I have not heard a single thing back from my last request which was made now 13 days ago can I please just recieve any sort of help for this issue. it's not like it's an unimportant issue, this is about me not reciveving content that I paid for and not hearing back at all for 13 days already is completely unprofessional its simply ridiculous.
