@Bungie: I agree with the thread and OP. I have gone through every cyst and every location for the chests and I found nothing except in the Moth Cyst location where the pile indicated search and nothing dropped. Went back again and the pile was gone. I had completed it before, twice, but I am still at 14/15 with the Triumph completed.

Hey brother! Where I was able to complete the quest (if you haven’t already) was redoing the Sword Dance Cyst. I hope that helps!
