Thank you for reporting,
The final shape got delayed, this is why the pre-orders were canceled. You will have to work with Xbox if your order was canceled and it still got charged.

We got a similar message in destiny2 when husband logged in (in game). Our original pre order was canceled when delay was announced and refunded ... we reorder the pre order a month or so ago and when we check xbox / microsoft says our preorder is still there. So seems to be something on bungie side saying it's cancelled.

It says refunds are unavailable beyond 14 days, so does that mean we can't get the money back that y'all didn't return?
