1 ReplyI wasn’t here for either of the exotic missions but I did watch some play throughs on YT and they both look underwhelming game play wise. Lost of platforming and ad clear, like a glorified strike. I hope I’m wrong, otherwise I’ll only play them once like I did with the reprised Pressage.

Excited for: New Crucible maps Guardian rejuvenations (appearance) Additional name change availability Onslaught and new tower space Bungie continually proving that they listen (eg. thanks for /clear in whisper chat) Possibly other stuff that i'm not aware of or fully understand

Face change so I can stop wearing a bag over my head then Onslaught but tempered with very low expectations. The exotics missions are not for me they are one and done type of thing for me.

I really didn't like the posts offering to do it for money and made an effort to help ppl get it for free. Sometimes, just grabbing ppl from patrol if I saw the event and didn't have anyone with me. I really enjoyed hearing ppl get excited to get a gun they didn't think they would. I was still relatively new back then, only having a month or two of experience, and have gotten much better. It was my first real step into being an endgame pve player after levi, I'm interested to see how much better I handle the mission now. I'm also excited for onslaught. I'm hoping it fills the roll gambit does as I think gambit is the best place for high end ad clear pve builds due to a decent balance of ads being just tough enough to need builds to clear quickly but not too tough to invalidate them. Horde mode is just a good fit for destiny.

well... before this week i would've said Onslaught. because of the loot. but now after seeing how the "new loot" is dropping in Iron Banner, i'm hesitant . and hope that's not a preview of things to come. I really, really hope that the "new loot" in Onslaught ACTUALLY drops. i honestly haven't heard a single thing about Pantheon. so I don't even know what it is. am not real interested in whisper or zero hour. they were a one and done mission before, meaning once i beat them i never stepped foot in them again. I AM NOT A FAN OF TIMED MISSIONS. and i honestly don't know if i'll even attempt them again. i cannot tell you the last time i equipped either of those weapons. it's kind of like the dead mans tale or dead messenger missions. it's nice to get the weapon, but i'll never use them enough to justify running the Master version multiple times to get the upgraded perks.

Redoing my Exo characters head. I just went with the default it gave which while not egregious i do regret doing. But on a more related note: Activity: Whisper mission Weapon: outbreak crafted i think outbreak is a more fun gun, but the whisper mission feeling was so good.
