Deconstruct perk
... What?
This perk is so confusing and complicated and not really useful in any circumstance. Please change it or delete it.

It might be the most useless perk ever.

The whole "more damage to constructs' thing is just not useful. What the perk DOES do that is potentially nice is generate free ammo just like triple tap or 4th times the charm, but without the requirement for precision hits. Yes, I know the perk says it pulls ammo from reserves...but that's false. Tested it myself the other day and can confirm it generates free ammo from thin air, making it potentially viable on the right special or heavy weapon.

It's literally the exact same perk as hakke armament except you have to kind of activate the perk I believe. Hakke armament is superior on paper and I would have to run tests on damage numbers to see which one is the better of the two.
