They aren't pulling people from the system/database team to unlink your Twitch because you deleted it before unlinking it. You have 2 options and neither involve unlinking - Keep it linked - Move all of your platforms to a new Bungie account, and give up everything listed here: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/History
