I rather enjoyed IB this week.
I know it's not to everyone's taste but I thought it was quite good. Almost every match was close, with only one blowout, matches were made pretty fast and I personally like the Fortress mode. And the new SMG is really good.

Yeah, but new voice lines for Saladin sucked. I enjoyed running over Guardians with my sparrow in new map. 😂

I had the opposite experience, nearly every game was a blowout, lost several in a row, my elo got as low as 500 something and then Bungie started forcing "wins" on me by putting me in games where my team was about to mercy. High quality PvP experience and Bungie don't belong in the same sentence normally, but this IB was incredibly bad for me.

I think some people hate everything new in the game. It's kind of a funny mode with the team-firing shoot-off aspect. I felt like I played a lot, but didn't get rewards since I lost +80% of my matches. But that's pretty typical of all IB's? It also seems like there was a shortage of "worse IB ever" posts, which surprised me. Or maybe I didn't notice because I was at the beach. Cheers

Fortress is cool but it's just the fact that the game is so zone mode heavy. I like control modes but it's a lot. After a while the bubbles and wells winning in pvp too make me want a well nerf to be blamed on pvp. It really does appear like well wins the royal rumble of most destiny destiny super. I forgot to mention that I got killed by the sword from well the other day. I bet a lot of people don't even know that is a sword stuck in the ground.

2 RepliesIt wasn't too bad actually. I got 1.5 resets in on my hunter. Do love the new SMG as well. Especially pairing it with a crafted Brya's Love scout.

For once I have to agree. Just played a couple matches and it didnt feel nearly as bad as it usually is.

8 RepliesAs did I. The 126-126 tie I had threw me for a loop, but I knocked out all triumphs except Glorious Howl (52%) for gilding; overall, the week was fun for me.
