Stop being dramatic. Suspend lasts 2x as long as freeze from stasis and is way easier to apply with no drawbacks. You act like Suspend will be removed from the subclass completely.

The correct resolution would have been to buff freezing....
The correct resolution would have been to buff freezing....
How does that fix suspend being overpowered?

Bungie didn't outright say that the timing of suspend was overpowered, they said they wanted stasis to be the best subclass for disabling enemies. I have other commentary in a post below that I don't feeling like copy pasting.

And again, how does buffing stasis address suspend being overpowered?

12 seconds of zero challenge because of your “easy button” is laughably broken.

I mean, I don't even use strand TBH, because I like doing damage. That said, Bungie didn't say that suspend, in and of itself, was too long or too strong. They said they are nerfing suspend because they want stasis to be the top tier choice for "pausing combat" or however you want to say it. They also said they don't want it to be a skeleton key. That is better solved by reducing the number of adds which can be suspended at once and maybe making certain champions invulnerable to being suspended (say, barriers).

That is incorrect. Please try again.

Disagree.

And that's fine. You're wrong, of course, but that's fine.
-
Right, your opinion is that I am wrong, and the feeling is mutual, which is, of course, fine.
