So many things are all coinciding at the moment but I have so much frustration over pvp particularly trial and comp with quitting teammates in the solo queue, there should be some sort of loss protection for those left behind.
The other incredibly annoying thing is when a game has just finished if you quit to orbit a split second too soon you get the message about quitting when the game already finished, then getting a 30 minute time out for this is just a joke

Eh my enjoyment of Destiny is starting to be replaced by Advanced Wars and Zelda Totk.
-
Definitely looking forward to final shape and then never playing this contrived garbage again.

I can’t see any players anywhere. 1/12 for iron banner and I’m not even mad. I expect it from them at this point.

6 RepliesI totally agree. I have run my clan since Taken King and was part of it since The Dark Below. From 6 total clans and thousands of people to a handful and one clan now. The game drives people away and can't keep new players engaged. The old players are done with paying for that game in its current state and are playing other games. Kudos to them however, it leaves those playing Destiny in a situation where its pretty barren. Be it the game content.. I mean really fishing is the epitome of lazy. Nerfs, the predatory purchase costs, literally everything about the game is turning me away.. which maybe is the plan, we turn away from Destiny and buy Marathon.. I can tell you I won't be doing that. I used to love the game and everything about it.. now.. its like that GF you don't let go but, you should. You hang on because.. well... you have no real answers.. The friends and good times from before? nostalgia. Chasing that feeling again. I feel like one of these days I won't log in, and then do it a second day and soon it will be days and weeks since playing.. I don't know when it will be but, that wall is infront of me.. i'm speeding towards it an I just don't think Bungie cares about the hundreds of others doing the same thing.

Bro same. I went from easily 50+ hours a week. Now I just do the seasonal quest and log off. Kinda sucks a game I use to really love is slowly going away for me.
-
I’m the same, feels like the perfect storm of issues have knocked me of the train. It’s to the point where ill play for 5 mins then log off again.

1 ReplyTime to abandon ship.

5 RepliesMy love for Destiny was buried beneath an ocean of microtransactions and lackluster content, with cinderblocks made of false and unkempt promises dragging it down. Can’t remember the last time we had a “free event” that wasn’t butchered with EV or event pass purchases and pop-ups taking up the screen upon logging in. Says a lot about how they view their own game like a billboard in a red-light district.

2 RepliesMine has already melted. Through with bungo's bs, lies and manipulation.
-
6 RepliesTry out Diablo 4. That should give you that same excitement that D2 does/did. Theres a reason why a large D2 player base is playing it. While it looks different at first glance, youd be surprised at the similarities.
-
4 RepliesApparently it hasn’t melted completely away seeing you ran 6 GMs the day after posting this. I know. You were running them but your heart just wasn’t in it.
-
Mine will never melt , frankly it's the best game ever, imo. It just hits all the thresholds in my brain , I can't begin to explain. However you have to breakup at some point, but she'll always be my all time favorite video game franchise

1 ReplyI was looking at my comp history and I won a few in a row, but somehow my score went down ... I don't think I'm going to play anymore lol
-
-
Man you play a lot ! I just do you destiny so much ?
-
Typically people quit if they feel like it's impossible to win a match. It saves time. Not much you can do about that. However, I do agree that there should be an extra mercy in the solo queue playlist if someone backs out.

1 ReplyWhy tf are you still upset about pvp? I am a pvp main myself, i only stuck with the game for its fun pvp. But even the most addicted, rose tinted glass idiots have realized that Bungie is done with D2's pvp 1,5-2 years ago. How can you still even try to enjoy that mess in this unfiixable state of the game? Nothing will change. Find a new fun pvp game. D2 will never have good pvp again with all the ability spam.

5 RepliesMaybe take up ballet instead?

It's going to be great when someone leaves a matchmade raid or dungeon.

Edited by ProbablyJosh: 6/20/2023 7:50:30 AMLook I'm all in favour of trials matchmaking being random because it gives casuals a fair chance at just getting lucky and being able to experience the lighthouse a couple times even if they're not very far into the journey of "getting good". BUUUUUUUUT when I load in as a solo and there's two teams of two in the match and I get slotted with the team who are both 0.6 and the enemy duo are 1.8+ I will leave because that's just a waste of everyone's time and I'll happily accept the 30min time out punishment for it.
