Roaring Flames no longer allows the base melee to apply Scorch stacks
Title pretty much says it. In a season 17 hotfix, Roaring Flames was buffed (as noted in the patch notes) to allow the basic Titan melee to deal solar damage and apply Scorch stacks.
As of the Season 18 launch patch, the standard melee while under the effects of Roaring Flames no longer applies any Scorch stacks (though it does still deal the Solar damage). This appears to be a bug.
