We get new armor once a year (well, every four seasons).
The most recent set was released during Season of the Lost (season 15) so we should get the next set season 19.

I hope so, because otherwise I will be really disappointed. Also, if Bungie dares to do another garbage looking set like last time I will for sure not play Iron Banner at all. Slapping some weird looking horns and some Iron Banner insignias on an armor set is not going to make the armor set a "real" Iron Banner armor set.
