Bungie’s actions here are absolutely insane to me. We are currently in a failing economy where middle class people have been beaten into poverty - depleting their saving & using up their vacation/sick leave just to make ends meet - and Bungie’s answer to abruptly changing the raid release precedence is tell their customers “We’ve gave you a month to call off work.” Even more insulting is that they’re doing it because they don’t want to have their employee’s schedule be altered. We had one raid have a messy launch and Bungie’s answer is to screw over their working class customers rather than just having their crew work one Saturday a season. Hahahaha. Geez.

It doesn't affect me on bit. I still wouldn't be able to play it, and I work overnights anyways so double whammy lol
-
Not everyone works Mon-Fri, and kudos to Bungie for realizing they made a mistake of having a skeleton crew on a Saturday for VoD, and making adjustments by changing the day to have more staff and, hopefully, less bugs.

Imagine being upset about a raid releasing on a friday... it's not like 99% of us have a chance at worlds first anyway.. get over it suck it up & play when you can.

I do know what I find insulting in that reasoning of yours. Wanna guess what it is?

Maybe a few dozen people having to alter their schedule vs a few thousand? Pretty small minded of you. Far more people are inconvenienced by this than the amount that would be inconvenienced if Bungie released it Saturday. Luckily I couldn’t care less since I’ve all but abandoned raiding

Not surprised, though.

Lol I don’t even raid so I have no feelings about this. Look at it objectively and ignore “entitlement” you weirdo. 12<1000

Well, since you decided to go down to rudeness I guess the mute button is what you deserve. Moving on.

Just do the raid when you get off of work??? General population is missing maybe 3 hours and if you’re so worried about it then you’ll have no trouble staying up to make up for that. No one on these forums is getting world’s first lmao. Deal with it.
-
Average work day for the largest population of this game, more than double the next highest, is 9-5. So people are missing at least 4 hours. Some will miss 7. It isn’t all about world’s first it’s about Day 1 and contest mode. And again, a few dozen is far less than a few thousand
-
So stay up four hours later or don’t sleep if it’s that big of a deal. If you don’t get it in 18 or 20 hours you’re not getting it in 24.

Edited by Temp: 7/30/2022 7:00:39 PMWhy won’t an extra 4 or 6 hours help??? You’re just being stupid now

Edited by Valk: 7/30/2022 7:31:52 PMMy friend, if your team isn’t capable enough of performing the actions they need to in the first 20 hours, the last 4 are not going to change anything.

There’s no concrete justification for that my friend. Plenty of teams got it done in hour 23
