You do get truesight in the trappers ambush smoke though.

So you do! I think I got confused because you instantly gain *invisibility* but the smoke cloud no longer detonates at the same time, and I thought the Touch of Venom buff was Truesight when... it's something else, I guess. So, uh, issue closed, though I guess I will add I'm sad that Khepri no longer makes you invisible when used with the invisibility cloud smoke bomb option.

You get truesight while in the smoke effect. Not while invis. Smoke effect means exploded smoke bomb. So on the dive or on a melee hit you gain truesight
