Destiny uses hybrid peer to peer so there are upto 12 different ips that you are connected to during play. Only a hand full are Bungie's, the rest could be any one of the millions of players

Yep, I just confirmed through glasswire that just to login, select my character, and get to orbit, it uses 81 different ip connections to do so. I took the time and added every single one of them to my exclude list, reopened destiny, and it connected to even more IP's that weren't on the list the first time. So doing it by IP address is pointless considering the info you provided and this small test. I'm assuming that AN executable file is the one handling all these connections. So the only way that I can accomplish what I want to accomplish is if Bungie can give me a definite answer as to what executable file to put on my exclude list that handles all those connections. I would think that this is done by an executable, but I have added every single executable inside the Destiny 2 game folder, and its still having issues. Could be a combination of multiple executables? FYI the reddit post here doesn't work. Tried it. https://www.reddit.com/r/ProtonVPN/comments/hakt1e/steam_game_cant_connect_when_excluded_from_vpn/
