Make sure he goes to start the quest from the arms dealer strike. Where the alternate path is at the beginning of the strike

We were there. He didn’t have a marker. There was no transponder thing. We could get to the container. But I saw his screen. There was nothing. No quest in his quest screen either.

Is there anything in the quest kiosk in the tower or the helm

Nope. Nada. I’m thinking maybe it would appear if we started the season of the chosen legacy content. We didn’t try that. Otherwise, yeah it’s just not there. Weird.

Try going through some of that seasons quests. I don’t know how far you would have to go as I can’t remember when the quest became available in the season
