Ascendancy Ornament Lost
In error, I claimed the ascendant shard before claiming the ornament from Shaxx. Now, the ornament is not available and I do not have an option to redeem it.

1 Replyi have the same issue i already reported it support seems to be a bit slow this is a bug with the new ornament system which you earn via rank i hope they fix it because i dont care much about the ornament but there are truimphs and seasonal challenges tied to it

Yup, same. But not a shard, final reward was Exotic Engram.
