It must be bugged because plenty of people have done the quest and gotten the aspect. I have the other three aspects for my hunter but this quest hasn't popped up for me at all since it was released. I'm gonna be passed if u have to delete my hunter and redo the campaigns.

yeah I don’t memorize quests by names but you said new so I assumed you thought there was new ones for this season
