Again they magically appear when the end boss is defeated, and collect loot. Altars of Sorrow also shares a similar issue, and it is frustrating when you lose progress due to inactive players filling up space, and not allowing genuinely active players to join in on the event.[/quote] Get them killed, don't revive them and leave them. The automatic kick usually kicks them faster when they are ghosted. Or you can do what I do with some people... Fail. Intentionally wait it out
