No. Probably the last expansion. I would imagine we learned something from the red war and how the cabal took the city in a day using overwhelming force.
If anything guardians need to learn not to be so reliant on abilities and focus on military tactics and actual combat. That psion overpowered zavala and crow and that's just one psion. Also we need to get better firepower for taking out large enemy ships. Kinda like a Mac Cannon or something like that.

And the Guardians need to quit dicking around in the crucible and start protecting the people of the last city.

I couldn't agree more to be honest with you. I always felt a bit bothered watching a lone Psion take out Zavala and Crow. Granted, I understand the Zavala situation with the Light Suppressing device, but it still bothers me. I have yet to see the Guardians mobilize and present any form of military coordination. That was always something the lore on Lysander and the Concordat intrigued me about. Guardian units using guerrilla warfare tactics or any other form of otganized militaristic strategy to accomplish a goal. We just see a bunch of Light dependent Risen folk using spaceagic to solve their problems. Ghaul exposed a great weakness that has yet to be addressed.
