S14 the worst ever : forget the bugs the content is so bad
Nothing but endless recycled areas with a paint job
Nothing but point and click quests
No invitation
A dire monologue from all the npc voices
Convoluted quests steps going over areas we have endlessly done
All S14 new was cut scene and the new 6p activity of which yet again dire loot situation and pathetic drops and drop rates
NO NEW PVP MAPS
ZERO guns that stand out unless you spend 1000 hours grinding the same old cak we already have to get a god roll
The new exotic side arm is utter garbage
Oh but the VoG raid get real again more recycled content with a few new mechanics....this isn't new content
S14 was meant to change the face of destiny as you declared bungie
Couldn't even put the new exotic leg armours behind anything new or interesting same old grind lost sectors for pitiful rolls
You lied about the season cap it was meant to be 1310
What a pitiful excuse for a new season
It actually feels even worse than a crap free to play game
It is clear as day bungie you have given up completely on your player base of paying customers
Activision look like angels compared to the insidious mechanics in destiny right now and the dire monetization

They said they would raise the cap by 10 each season. Last season, the cap was 1310. This season it is 1320. They did not lie, you just must have missed something

While yeah the monologues are pretty tedious, the new activity environments are great, like 1980’s “radical” great, and just taking five minutes walking through the Eliksni settlement gave me more satisfying (and actually IN GAME!!!) lore exposition than I’ve gotten in three or four seasons. Maybe it’s not the most exciting or original content ever made for a game but so far it’s very satisfying and I’m loving the aesthetic. And I usually don’t go for cutesy nonsense but I will fake destroy any fake enemy that tries to fake murder those fake Fallen babies. For real.

1 ReplyYou didn’t figure this out from the trailer?! I looked at the trailer and said....I’ll pass on this one. Might Walt for solstice. (I tend to like how the gear usually looks). My only fear though is I won’t get the primary grenade launcher if I skip this season.
