If you listen to the radio at the strangers camp on europa during the campaign i think it was phyliks the warrior (probably got the name wrong) mentioned Chelchis along with skolas and aksis saying bring them back to life or something? I carn’t remember so take it with a grain of salt.

Its highly impossible, given that even with any remaining Eliksni on Riis were able to retireve Chelchis's body, they would have also had to deal with P Oryx's Fleet that had begun consuming the orbit of Riis to even escape.

Plus do we know how long ago that happened? Its probably consumed now.

As for the state of Riis now, Whilst Titan was still around there was a scannable of a broadcast station broadcasting to Riis to find any life, the Planet is a husk with no living life now as Ghost puts it.
