Dear Bungie, would you be kind enough to bring back Felwinter's lie :)
As a shotgun lover, i really want to have Felwinter's lie, i would much appreciate it if a moderator could forward this feedback :)

36 RepliesI’ve been trying to bring attention to this since the beginning of the season. I understand Felwinters was exclusive but it’s been 8 months now and everyone who has it is an idiot saying “Oh YoU HaD TO bE ThERe”. Well guys, i hate to break it to you, but making overpowered guns exclusive makes a severe imbalance in gameplay for new players. Exclusives should be shaders, ornaments, and emblems so you can make a visual “flex”. Bungie has really dropped the ball with Felwinters and doesn’t understand how awful PvP is with a huge amount of their player base not having a shotgun that can compete with Felwinters. With the HC meta right now (which is amazing) i personally love using dire or thorn, but that leaves me with no shotgun since astral is the only shotgun that can compete. If Bungie doesn’t want to give everyone the most overpowered shotgun in Destiny’s history, they need to give us another legendary aggressive frame energy shotgun to at least compete. They sunset mindbenders and offered no replacement. Bungie, please offer us some options.

Like actual children crying that their little special toy ain't so special anymore. Throw it into the PvP or Iron Banner loot pool and spice those modes up some more for new players and existing players that did not play during the worst season of Destiny 2. [spoiler]Before the babies start having a seizure I do actually have the gun, I think they should have all non-sunset guns obtainable at all times as that would drastically increase the playtime of the players as they can chase for more loot and make the game more interesting for newer players.[/spoiler]

It was a reward for being part of the community event that took place. Its literally a case of you had to be there, if not tough luck. Why should you get a reward for a event you didn't participate in?

9 RepliesHonestly, they should never bring it back. Now, I'm not saying this because "Uh DER, ya had to be there son", or "too bad" or "sucks to suck", or even "Sir, I think you left your oven on". None of that. I just want that thing sunset and out of the cycle where it matters as soon as possible. It's overused in crucible, and if you use it, I will bag you and BM you until you leave and question why you were being BM'd. I will glacial grenade you and pop a barricade on you and sentence you to death by walls. And oh boy howdy is it ever used too much, on par with snipers as a whole, in Trials. I'd like to enjoy an Iron Banner someday without seeing so many shotguns in the feed you know? Special weapons are enough of a nuisance, as it is minimally engaging gameplay, and I would personally some nerf to all of their usage as a whole, indiscriminately. As of now, I BM people until they quit the match or change weapons. In which case, I give them the thumbs up. They're restored a degree of dignity to themselves.

4 RepliesI'm actually glad that the people who missed out can't get it. Can you imagine everyone using it in crucible and nothing else. It would be like dust rock or hell even erentil all over again. I'm actually enjoying the diversity of being killed by different shotguns. So far 7/10 i get killed by felwinters lie, others are chaperone, bonechiller, and maybe xenoclast. So me being brutally honest right now, it sucks to be you and every other shotgun ape that doesn't have this gun that feels like the destiny 1 version. I'm hoping bungie doesn't cater to the people who missed out, and I don't care if this hurts your feelings. Keep your eyes up guardian.

Why would they bring back the Pinnacle Weapon quest, all pinnacle quests have locked out starting them after their respective seasons after all. Also love the hypocrisy. Bungie: We won't make anymore Pinnacles just ritual weapons Also Bungie: Hey you guys want a shotgun with a unique intrinsic perk that only it can get and its a legendary?
