I pre ordered beyond light and have done literally everything and I STILL DONT HAVE MY PASS OR campaign
I HAVE been looking for help and I have waited in orbit I have uninstalled and reinstalled literally everything I HAD to reinstall the entire game last night and now I still don't have any of the content I PAYED 70 dollars for.
I am on xbox I have my receipts for beyond light I even have pre order rewards but it is telling me I don't own anything. someone help me please!!!

Has anyone gotten anywhere with this? I put in 10 support tickets since Monday at the Bungie store and got nowhere. Did anyone get any redemption codes emailed to them for ordering the collector's edition from Bungie's store? I think the PS4 came with them in the box but the steam and XBOX codes were emailed. I never received an email with the redemption codes. Anyone?
