I pre ordered beyond light and have done literally everything and I STILL DONT HAVE MY PASS OR campaign
I HAVE been looking for help and I have waited in orbit I have uninstalled and reinstalled literally everything I HAD to reinstall the entire game last night and now I still don't have any of the content I PAYED 70 dollars for.
I am on xbox I have my receipts for beyond light I even have pre order rewards but it is telling me I don't own anything. someone help me please!!!

Same here. I uninstalled all add ons multiple times, cleared my cache, etc. Still nada. It’s really frustrating not being able to progress as far without a season pass that I already should have received. Would love for a fix soon.
