I pre ordered beyond light and have done literally everything and I STILL DONT HAVE MY PASS OR campaign
I HAVE been looking for help and I have waited in orbit I have uninstalled and reinstalled literally everything I HAD to reinstall the entire game last night and now I still don't have any of the content I PAYED 70 dollars for.
I am on xbox I have my receipts for beyond light I even have pre order rewards but it is telling me I don't own anything. someone help me please!!!

27 RepliesI also preordered the deluxe edition months ago on ps4 and can’t access the beyond light campaign or the season pass. I only received the ghost, emote, and emblem. This is extremely frustrating .
