I pre ordered beyond light and have done literally everything and I STILL DONT HAVE MY PASS OR campaign

I HAVE been looking for help and I have waited in orbit I have uninstalled and reinstalled literally everything I HAD to reinstall the entire game last night and now I still don't have any of the content I PAYED 70 dollars for. I am on xbox I have my receipts for beyond light I even have pre order rewards but it is telling me I don't own anything. someone help me please!!!

  • Someone needs to screenshot this thread and send it to some community figures, bungie has barley tried to help and some people still don’t have the content they paid for (me included).

  • I also preordered the deluxe edition months ago on ps4 and can’t access the beyond light campaign or the season pass. I only received the ghost, emote, and emblem. This is extremely frustrating .

      • Hi paid for beyond light preorder and when I loaded in I had no season pass which I paid for agian to access plus all my preorder bonuses were not given to me from Master Rahool. I have everything download & have tried redownload and nothing still. I would like to be reimbursed for season silver.....

          • I have yet to receive anything besides my ghost shell, emblem and emote. this is B.S! I'm just glad to know I'm not the only one having the problem so hopefully it will get fixed. if anyone has any solutions (I have already uninstalled and reinstalled everything) then please let me know. Xbox store shows beyond light deluxe edition like I haven't even purchased it even though it's installed. please any help I can get I need. Bungie is really off their game this year and it sucks.

              @BNGHelp6 Same thing is happening to me, I purchased the collecters addition and I haven’t received anything other than my physical items, and the emote, ghost shell, and emblem,I’ve even reinstalled the game itself and still nothing.

              • I bought BL+Season I didn't get my season pass. It is installed and the Beyond Light Campaign seems accessible to me.

              • the same thing happened to me, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the pre-order things, and I still don't have my season pass of rewards for spending $70 for beyond light, the season of the hunt season pass, and the pre-order bonuses.

                • Has anyone gotten anywhere with this? I put in 10 support tickets since Monday at the Bungie store and got nowhere. Did anyone get any redemption codes emailed to them for ordering the collector's edition from Bungie's store? I think the PS4 came with them in the box but the steam and XBOX codes were emailed. I never received an email with the redemption codes. Anyone?

                  • I'm on Xbox having the same issues with no season pass. I paid the $70 for the deluxe edition, I got everything except the gun because I haven't finished story mode yet. But the season pass is not active. I do not have game pass, I did reinstall everything, I can upload a screenshot if necessary with the DLC purchase.

                      • Thos of you that have not received their game they paid for contact me. I have been on phone calls left and right the last 3 days from bungie, xbox and my credit card bungie wont refund the money they are scammers. So t guy is of you the feel emotional distress I'm gathering info for a law suit that is in play for myself and others! -blam!- the people at bungie we the fans are not being heard so let's take them to court I have even contacted the community manager on twitter is not even responding which is Cosmo. So shoot me a msg and we the fans well ban together and make sure we are heard. Emotional distress law suit is in play watch them not really to this. And if the do just proves they are being fisted in the ass and forced to say a reply with info they have already told us! #-blam!-Bungie#Fistthedevolpersintheass

                        I have the same problem everything I read to fix it did nothing I uninstalled everything and downloaded it and nothing has happened I have the campaign, the ghost, emblem, and emote but no sparrow gun or season pass

                        • I contacted Xbox support and got an answer -its possible that you purchase pre-order and get some goods but you REALLY dont pay it yet -go and check If your purchase is declined on Xbox or browser -if so, you have purchased content but not really paid for it. Go and buy the content again.

                          • I bought the deluxe edition and didn't get anything no ghost no sparrow no exotic catalyst nothing this is dumb and to top it all off now it says I dont own the deluxe edition please help I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it nothing is working

                              • Same here. I uninstalled all add ons multiple times, cleared my cache, etc. Still nada. It’s really frustrating not being able to progress as far without a season pass that I already should have received. Would love for a fix soon.
