It's balanced on Warlocks so I don't see why it wouldn't work on Titans.

Because titans could use it on any super while warlocks get only one super.

I get it. Those in favor of this want to be able to shoulder charge everyone they feel like while also getting the benefit of evading being shoulder charged themselves. Hmm. Looks like titan mains are actually less skilled than I thought.
