I got Wayfarer months ago, and this emblem gave me struggles. I completed the ascendant challenges every week for many months, but it still didn't drop. I had no choice but to get the version that dropped from Blind Well to complete Wayfarer.

Does it work at the heroic?? Or just tier II, III???

You're responding to a pretty old post. I think, since Bungie updated the Emblems, you have to get this one the old fashioned way--by doing the Ascendant Challenges.

Hmm, maybe since the emblem change they have made it a definite or else it is just random and a load of shite xD
