I have never seen it or got it in any type of strike and i play a lot. Would really like to know if its still obtainable and if so where. It seems it and hardlight catalyst have been removed.

Strike catalysts have ridiculously low drop rates

Have done tons of strikes. I have got most of them. Just never seen hard light or rat king. But i bet you are correct. I wander if not having shadowkeep prevents me from getting them?

It is possible. I played a really large amount of strikes to get all of them, it took me a few seasons. I did get all of them before Shadowkeep though so I’m not sure if that has an impact.
