Just hoping Bungie will notice that I did it before realising the bug thanks to work and exams Give me back the key at least or skip the step. That and warn everyone please in-game, I don't want anyone else getting caught in the web.

I really need to know because mine fully reset my progress. Do I need to get my first 3 keys again? If I dont I dont want to do them. If I do I dont want to learn that a week from now and have to wait for all the stupid forges again

I just used my key didnt know this was bugged and lost it... worked my bum off to get that in the spare time I dont really have much of... dont tell me I have to do the quest step again because that's just not acceptable.

You can flood the game with ornaments, emotes and ships etc. etc. but you can’t fix a questline or even test it before releasing a “fix”. There must have been thousands and thousands of hours players have put in together to finally thinking they would be able to progress to get this currently meta weapon. I’ve seen shitloads of announcements about different things but you can’t announce that you have an issue that will cause players to loose hours of grinding?

Hey that's great and all but clearly I only would have looked this up after I already lost a key so the advice is useless. Just lost my Black Armory key that I spent all day farming. Will I get it back or are you going to waste my time and make me redo it?

If you cared about the community you would make this a priority. This is totally unacceptable. You've had more than enough time to fix it. If you can't fix it, then come up with another solution as has been suggested. How many complaints do you need for this to be taken seriously? What do you consider a reasonable time-frame? This has been going on for weeks and thousands are rightly complaining about it Not good enough Bungie!

Too late ,lost the bergusia key and i cant get the key mold quest again,please give us back the keys/crystals that we have lost due to your ingame bugs or let us skip those quest step,its been 1 month already geez ,your guys dont care or what?

At this point, can't bungie simply delete this quest and make it for sale or something? It's already annoying that I have to wait to mold one key per day. Now, I finally got the black armory key. The key is bugged. It's one of the worst designed quests while it rewards the best sniper. I don't get it. If you can't fix the quest, mind as well nerf the weapon. It's frustrating to see everyone using it, but there's no way to get it.

We don’t give a shit about your investigation. Some of us worked hard for that crystal only to be let down. This quest has been broken since January, you had 9 months to fix this bug and what have you done? Make ALL black armory exotic quests bugged. Investigation doesn’t mean shit when it does not bear fruit.

I just used my crystal thinking it would work and wow it didn't and so now I have to go right back into the dumb chances of a rare bounty drop after I had already done 35 to get my first one bungie is there any way you can help me with this issue

No you're not aware. This is an error that has been around for ONE blo--dy month and you have demonstrated only [b]negative[/b] effort. No in-game post, no lock-down on the quest, no information even on the weekly report. Just a line on twitter and expect everyone in the world to know it. I have lost faith in you. I will not be purchasing any future content from Bungie.

It's annoying paying for content that isn't accessible, and yet you are continuing to just dump more content on people... it's sad and has always been like this. I thought maybe it would be different this time but you guys are making a mess of this release. I lost all my progress on my quest because your team is full of liars and shit rate testers... you need to stop making implements and promises you can't keep.

Seriously Bungie you Quality Assurance checks leave a lot to be desired! You should never have released this so called fix without testing from start to finish which from this bug you clearly did not. Also stating players are encouraged not to insert the key is not helpful as obviously we are only looking on this thread as we have inserted the key only to then find out it was bugged. You really should have prevented users from inserting the key and provided an alert message as soon as you found there was still an issue. I really hope you're not going to expect us to go back a step to grind public events and strikes again to get back to were we are now!
