Hi Magris. Thanks for reporting your issue to us. What brand is your router/modem?

  • We have been experiencing this issue since our ISP provided us a new router. 2 months ago. The 2 old Huawei ones, H659b, worked fine and we only changed them as they kept losing our internet connection and would have to reboot them for get connected. The ISP provided a new Arcadyan which is causing this error. Plugging in the old one it works fine. I have setup the Nat Forwarding Ports under Special Applications in the modem that I find for the PS4, but still the error occurs. I've used TCP 1935, 3478-3480 and UDP, 3074, 3478-3479 and a couple of others, but still we play the game ok, just other players around. Any further suggestion appreciated, surely they should be looking further into this.

  • I am using a Motorola Arris modem, model number SBG6782-ACH. I experience cabbage errors consistently, at least once per day going as far back as I can remember (years). Usually when I am in a fireteam and especially right at the END of the activity. Please look into this as soon as possible because I have tried everything on your help articles. Let me know if there is anything else you need.

  • Hi there. Currently, it's an Ubee. However, these errors started happening with me the same week Cross-Save was first fully-implemented during the weekend, which at the time, I had a different brand. Unfortunately, I can't remember what the brand name of my previous modem was, but I do know that they were definitely not the same. Regardless of that, I'm still getting the same errors with the same effects, as are a lot of others who play the game. I've already ran a couple different speed tests with the current modem and it works perfectly fine. Some players have said that they've started experiencing Cabbage and Lettuce errors right after some recent patches to Destiny 2 though. After Shadowkeep's first emergency maintenance, there were less occurrences of these errors for me, but about a week before this Iron Banner, they started happening a lot again and especially after Iron Banner launched again. That's probably a lot to read, but I hope it helps. I keep finding out more about these errors every few days.

  • Same router here. And I have the CM1200 Netgear Modem. Works flawlessly everywhere else. But I get Cabbage and Lettuce often with Destiny 2, even after tweaking settings as per Network Troubleshooting Guide.
