Nah but ever since my dad got it I’ve been a little paranoid but at the same time I can not control myself lol

Well the best advice is try to eat healthier and exercise lol, even though I would love to have a few pizzas rn we aren't eating too much of that because other family. The main thing though is don't smoke, it is extremely dangerous to heart health
