If you’re referring to the warning that comes up when you first launch the game on Steam, saying that individuals intending to utilize cross-save must have cross-save properly activated before logging in for the first time; every user sees that on the first time the game is started. It does not mean that you cannot play the game, or that there’s something wrong with your account. You simply accept the warning, and move on.
If you actually are wanting to use cross-save, then that warning would apply to you, as you’d want your season pass to bind to the correct set of characters. But as your profile only shows a Steam account, I’m assuming that you are a PC only player.
Have you actually gone into the game, to see if your Bnet characters are there? Because your profile is showing three characters, with game history from late September, as being on your Steam account right now.

So you are saying that thate message comes up universally, even for the PC players that have moved from battle net to steam? and that my charecters will be there once I go past that menue?

I saw that warning the first time I started the game on Steam. I dismissed it, as it did not apply to my situation, and I’ve been happily playing my migrated characters ever since. Every player sees it. The funny thing is, you actually stopped to check your accounts, while many players whom the warning actually applied to, did not stop. Glad to hear that your data moved smoothly, and you’re able to play on Steam now.
