How about people just stop all that stuff?
I dont think it should be banned though because if its something people want to do then thats their choice.

Id prefer you didn’t do that stuff to your body but banning it is not going to stop them from doing it if they want to. How many things have been banned and it actually stopped people from doing said banned thing? Its the persons choice to do it... even if I think its a stupid choice. How about instead of taking away the choice we inform minors and other people. Tell them that this shit is not good for you and you shouldn’t do it.
