In addition, being able to customize UI colours would also be very nice. I don't like existing red reticles on most weapons (IRL as well), at least dot variety, but there are very few weapons with other options - Gambit/Iron banner, that may have chevron reticle, which I like, and IKELOS revolver, that has purple dot. According to videos, Thorn also has green T-shape, but I've yet to acquire it, besides, it is one and only. Moreover, some UI colours are kinda meh. Using existing colour blind options helps to improve readability of some of those elements (*cough* radar *cough*), but everything else goes into rave party zone.
