So. Shadowkeep seems keen to bring back nightmares from our past.
We know the raid is in the black garden.
What if the aim of the raid is to prevent the heart from being revived or something?

Edited by Industrial-Grade Catgirl: 6/9/2019 4:17:37 AMim down for the heart being revived. maybe its possibly already been revived (hence the nightmares?) we know the heart was not at full power when we killed it, and so it had to have vessels built to use its power. maybe at full power it can just create these nightmares to fight us and/or protect itself? EDIT: forgot to put in that if the heart WERE to be revived that im guessing its some weird darkness-inspired shenanigins by the hive deep in the caverns and crawlie holes that they've made. sorta like their ritual in d1 where they drain light from the traveler through a shard, they resurrect the heart using some sort of residue or residual energy gathered from the garden. those are my thoughts tho, and tbh its probably just gonna be something vague or unknown creating them :/
