How long have you waited in the Tower before you could interact with someone?

I didn't wait long enough to let the problem resolve on it's own. And I'm not sure if it even would. At most I think I waited 5-6 mins before I tried switching to another character to test on them. Each time with the same results. I was either unable to load into The Courtyard at all, or I loaded into the Annex (which as stated before, loading in and checking vendors worked fine), then walked to The Courtyard only to have none of the vendors be accessible. After that, I tried rebooting the game and retested all 3 characters to no avail. Then I just logged out, waited maybe 10-15 mins out of frustration, logged back in and The Courtyard and the vendors there all loaded properly and were accessible as normal. I'm not at all sure on what caused it or how I was able to recreate it on all characters. There were at least 4 other players in the instance I loaded into (all were constant between all three character tests) that were experiencing the same issue as myself.

Thanks for the update. We're currently tracking this issue. Please let me know when you are able to load into the Tower and interact with the vendors there.

I had already made an edit to my initial post stating that I was able to access the courtyard and vendors just as normal.
