I for one would be more willing to grind banner if the armour had a chance for enhanced perks, like dreaming city and raid gear.

An Iron Banner specific perk? Sounds great! Get more of *fill in the blank* while playing the Iron Banner. I wouldn't mind getting those old Crucible perks some armor used to have in D1. Like faster sprint after capturing a zone in control. lol.
