Yeah, I know that. I was asking about the other way around. Does booping an enemy before unleashing the 7+ arrows from Moebius Quiver give bonus damage for those arrows?

No because it’s still under the effect of a heavy weapon. Believe me I tried. In fact (though it may be a bug) I’ve done less damage overall.
