Huh, that seems specific. I'm sure I must have hit it at least a few times without tether but I'll try again. What counts as a debuff? I can guess tether, supression grenades and the tractor cannon but what else?

Edited by Saith: 8/19/2018 10:29:59 PMTether, Tracker Canon, Hunter Smoke, Melting Point, Suppression Grenades... None of these can be active while trying to get the percentage. And even then, its an RNG chance to get your percentage.
