It's a slower firing Pulse Rifle. Perks: Outlaw- Increased reload speed after a precision kill. Desperado (very unique perk to this gun)- I believe after getting outlaw to activate it increases your fire rate without you losing damage. So basically still doing high impact pulse damage but firing 3x as fast. Very good in PvP.
