Woah, calm down buddy. I've hit people square in the face many times with grenade launchers and sometimes they 1 shot, sometimes they only bring their shield down. They just feel buggy sometimes.

If it hits without you letting the trigger go, it kills right away. No, I'm sorry. I've used grenade launchers almost exclusively in PvP since launch. I know how they work.

I have a good amount of playtime with Launchers as well in PvP, but I am still gonna have to disagree with you. If you aren't 100% accurate with them, it's like you're shooting a firecracker at them. I've landed a grenade many times probably 2 to 3 feet away from somebody and it's done barely any damage. I might as well just use something like a RPG instead.

Ehh I hit people directly in the forehead with grenades and they don’t die, with only 4 rounds, they need a buff across the board

Use either orthus or play of the game. Those 1hit kill, if you get a direct hit

all grenade launchers in heavy slot kill on impact, just don't use the trigger to detonate.
