Expansions are not part of the "base game"...
Why does WoW charge $10 a month, then $50 for every expansion that comes out?
Also, ESO [u]Does Not[/u] provide the base game with every expansion.
You should fact check before you post again

Shadowbane I did check and my point is in this day an age, Expansions from other companies who care about their fan base and want to bring in new players realise they should include the base game. Even some great a special edition like ESO and provide the base game and DLC and the expansion as an option - "ESO Tamriel Unlimited" is a point in case.
