What's funny (and insane) about this is, he believes that the government, hell, all governments, are lying to him.
What if I built a rocket, me being a regular joe. I went up say, 80,000-120,000 feet, looked around for a bit (maybe snapped a picture or two), returned to earth, and said, "Yup, it's round".
Do you think he'd believe me?
