I had a similar problem with low frames going past title screen, changing from fullscreen to windowed, etc. As soon as I disabled Compatibility Mode, everything was fixed.

Compatibility Mode ? like run destiny 2 in compatibility mode for another windows version like windows 8.1 ? O.O i have it disabled by default since i am on win 10 hmm i already tried both fullscreen and windowed i cant see any difference sadly :(

Lol I was trying to fix a problem with Destiny 2 and OBS not recording. I turned on Compatibility Mode, but forgot to turn it back off after I was done. I was getting frustrated looking for a solution.

so by default i dont have to use compatibility mode to get stable 30 fps on destiny 2 right ?
