I am really sorry to tell you this, but you must have played really shitty games in the past if what you say is true.

Year 1 was the pinnacle. After HoW the nerfs increased, pvp balancing took center stage. D2 is a culmination of their Years 2 & 3 fine-tuning.

I had not played any serious (almost scary at times) post apocalyptic space fantasy Magic ninja wizard first person shooting mmorpg before. Please name me some other games that fit that specific genre above and I could look into them.
